This Metering Tank Adapter allows gas to be recovered via the liquid port of a virgin refrigerant cylinder with a low side coupler for faster filling of your internal cylinder. The Robinair 34430 filter-drier has been specifically formulated using XH9 drier desiccant to trap acid and particulates and is formulated to remove water from the refrigerant. You must regularly change the 34430 filter-drier to assure adequate moisture and contaminant removal.

The 34724 Robinair filter drier has been specifically formulated to trap acid and particulates and is formulated to remove water from the refrigerant. DO NOT accept look alike or knock off filters. You must change the filter-drier to assure adequate moisture and contaminant removal. Typically, you can recycle up to 300 pounds (136 kilograms) of R-134a or 600 pounds (272 kilograms) of refrigerant between filter changes (depending on your model). To help you know when you’ve reached that point, the unit displays the warning message prompting you to change the filter drier.

These gaskets fit 1/4" flare and 1/2 ACME standard fittings. If you are doing maintenance on you unit it's a good idea to replace these as well as they become smashed over time resulting in poor flow.
