  Century Tool & Equipment receives the Service Center Of The Year award from Robinair SPX Corp. for the 5th consecutive year. We are the only service center to have received this award. We would like to thank all of our customers for helping us achieve this honor.  The award is based on a customer satisfaction survey that is offered to each customer after a warranty repair is completed.  The customer is asked to login to a special web site and complete a 15 question questionnaire.  The questions are based on promptness, knowledge, professionalism, addressing the customers needs, abilities and communications skills.
