Service Repairs Warranty
The Century Tool & Equipment Limited Warranty provides that the repairs and service performed will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original Service. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, the equipment serviced and service and parts identified on the original sales ticket.
Individual product warranty terms offered by manufacturers may vary from the Century Tool & Equipment 90 day limited warranty. If a part is subject to a specific manufacturer's warranty, repair or replacement will be made in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty. Labor, under these circumstances, will only be covered for 90 days, after that period all warranty claims are subject to normal labor rates.
This warranty does not apply to failures in service due to deliberate misuse, accident, neglect, alteration, or normal wear and tear. NOTE: No warranty will be provided on requested repairs that do not restore to sound operating condition the equipment being worked on. Century Tool & Equipment will only offer a warranty on repairs that we have recommended and/or requested by the customer that meets these criteria.
This warranty does not cover economic loss or additional expense including (without limitation): payment for loss of time or pay, inconvenience, storage, loss of equipment use income, rental expense, shipping costs or other travel costs.
Century Tool & Equipment reserves the right to inspect and correct any work to which our posted warranty applies. Complete equipment service history records may be required to be submitted to the Warranty Claims department as part of the investigation process. Keep a copy of the sales ticket indicating the work that was done and showing that full payment for the service was made.
Limitation of Liability
Century Tool And Equipment shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Century Tool And Equipment has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Century Tool And Equipment product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Century Tool And Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Century Tool And Equipment reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Century Tool And Equipment shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Century Tool And Equipment without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Miscellaneous

Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item and item must have an accompanying Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be accepted. You may request an Authorization Number by contacting a Century Tool & Equipment representative at 1-866-277-0888 or email at info@centurytool.net. Special order items, items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer and items that have been discontinued are not returnable. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition in original manufacturer's packaging. If for any reason the item appears worn or used, the return will be refused. If the item is not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging in resalable condition, a 20% restocking fee will be applied or the return may not be allowed. Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only. Return shipping must be prepaid to the address given by the Century Tool & Equipment representative.
