How do I return an item?

Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item and item must have an accompanying Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to be accepted, Century Tool & Equipment will not be responsible for returns without an accompanying RMA. You may request an Authorization Number by contacting a Century Tool & Equipment representative at 1-866-277-0888. Special order items, items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer and items that have been discontinued are not returnable. Any items returned must be in new, unused condition and unopened in the original manufacturer's packaging. If for any reason the item appears worn or used, the return will be refused. For all returns other than mistakes in shipping or warranty, a 20% restocking fee will be applied. In Store Merchandise Credit will be issued on the returned item for the original purchase price only, less any fee's. Return shipping must be prepaid to the address given by the Century Tool & Equipment representative. Always insure you package for the full purchase amount, any items received damaged by us must be handled by you and your shipper.
There are certain items which are non returnable or refundable regardless of condition, and they are the following...
  • Diagnostic equipment and software-based applications
  • Electronics, electrical components and switching apparatus (this includes wall jacks, circuit boards and batteries)
  • Robinair "RA" Parts
  • Repair or Service Items
