The Quick® Pneumatic Crimp Tool is a second generation, fully-automatic air-powered crimp tool designed for high volume cable crimping. It operates on standard shop air, 80-100 psi (5.5-7.0 bar) and develops up to 20,000 pounds of crimp force (88,900 N). Crimps all popular QuickCable styles of battery and electrical connectors 8-4/0 gauge. Uses standard Quick Cable crimp dies. 3 second quiet crimp cycle. Pullout tests exceed UL requirements. Automatic controls to insure complete crimp cycle. Quick die change without tools. Turnkey operation: bolt it down, connect the air supply and go to work.
