6 Gauge Standard Battery Cable
Standard battery cable is 100% copper stranded with PVC insulation to resist abrasion, fuel, oil, acid and salt. The insulation is also flame retardant. It is specified widely in OEM applications. Because of the stiffness of the insulation and larger gauge stranding, battery cable is less flexible than other cable types, but it is also quite resistant to cutting and abrasion damage.
Quick Cable battery cable is available with red or black insulation, and features a color-coded stripe to match with the same gauge size connector.

- Rated 60 Volts
- SAE J1127, SGT type, +221°F (+105°C), 8 gauge meets J1128
- Standard Gauges from 8 to 4/0
