It preserves stored fault codes and programmed electronic settings such as clocks, radios, seat positions, keyless entry systems and more. The unit features a 7 amp-hour internal battery, easy to read status LEDs and an automatic internal charger. The on-board diagnostics connector fits the vehicles OBD-II port. The male-to-male 12-volt accessory cord can be used on cars that do not have an OBD-II port.
