Brake Bleed test for Ford, Mazda and GM vehicles
The Brake Bleed test will cycle the ABS solenoids to help remove trapped air in the ABS pump. This is a useful function to assist with brake bleeding after the hydraulic brake system has been serviced or repaired.
Steering Angle Reset for GM and Nissan vehicles
The Steering Angle Reset test allows the technician to calibrate the steering angle sensor (SAS) of a newly aligned vehicle to ensure the related systems work as intended. In some cases, stability control systems and electric power steering rely on accurate input from the SAS. Consult vehicle repair manuals for more information.
BMW Brake Zeroing Test (Resets Brake Pad Wear Sensor)
The BMW brake zeroing test will reset the brake pad wear sensor status after changing the vehicle brake pads and wear sensor. This is an essential part of brake service on many newer BMW vehicles.
