When the recovery cylinder reaches 80% capacity, the unit is shut off via a relay in the machine. Simply change cylinders and restart the unit. Works with any size cylinder with a 3-pin Brad Harison Plug and includes a shorting cap for working with tanks without a float.
CRXTOSP1 Tank Overfill Protection Cable Shorting Plug allows the user to override the tank float safety device on most recovery units using a 3 pin brad Harrison cable. Screws in place at the cable end allowing the unit to start. (Always use a scale for accuracy when using this device) 30 & 50 pound tanks should never be filled to a level beyond 80% of tank capacity.
