The 7823 Chicago Pneumatic 1/4” Swivel Head Ratchet features 4 swivel positions and a locking swivel control sleeve for easy access and maneuverability. The compact, lightweight design fits easily into the palm of your hand. Forward/reverse controls are located on the head for easy access.
