The Astro Pneumatic 1757 500 RPM Air Spot Drill features a 5.5" Deep Clamp Kit and 4 Drill Bits.  The drill has a 2 Speed Adjustable depth stop which allows you to drill out just the spot weld, and not the panel beneath.  It drills out the entire spot weld - no need for grinding!
